The beds were comfy enough for our family, but some folks might find them a bit hard. Just a few times we used the swim-up feature, but it was nice to have that option. No real complaints about the setup, just a minor hassle with noise from the hallway sometimes.

The receptionist's remark that I should have inspected the room upon arrival felt dismissive and unprofessional.
